Starting the family blog

I am planning to add pictures and family information that will keep all my relatives around the country aware of what is going on here in Arizona as far as the Suarez family is concerned. I am currently a couch potato due to a badly fractured left ankle that is healing slowly. The lack of things to do from the couch are driving me to try to stay mentally active in as many ways as possible. I am crocheting an afghan and spend hours on the internet reading election coverage. When I start talking back to the tv I come to the laptop for respite. Creating this blog is an effort to keep my mind off the news!
